We produce certified nameplates in anodised, oxide-sealed aluminium — the legend, serial numbers, barcodes and QR codes are locked inside the oxide layer, so the plate lasts as long as the machine itself.
The base is aluminium with a micro-porous Al₂O₃ oxide layer created by anodising. It will receive and protect the marking.
Digital print or marking penetrates the open pores of the oxide layer. Text, serial numbers, codes and logos go inside the structure — not onto the metal surface.
The sealing process closes the pores and permanently embeds the graphics under a glass-hard aluminium-oxide layer. From that moment the marking is part of the metal.
Under magnification our nameplate resembles a composite structure: an aluminium core, on top of it a ceramic Al₂O₃ oxide layer with millions of micro-channels holding the pigment, all crowned by a glassy sealing layer.
The same material architecture identifies equipment in aviation and the military (the Metalphoto® family, UID labels). We produce it in series — with numbering, barcodes, QR codes and your company’s artwork.
On conventional plates the print sits on the surface — over time it wears off, fades or chips. Our technology works the other way round: the marking penetrates the micro-porous aluminium-oxide layer and is locked inside it during sealing.
The graphics are not printed on the metal — they are embedded in it, beneath a glass-hard oxide layer. Removing the marking would mean destroying the plate itself.
The graphics cannot be scraped or worn away — they are protected by a hard, glassy oxide layer, not by lacquer or foil.
Oils, greases, fuels, solvents and industrial cleaning agents do not affect a marking sealed inside the layer.
UV radiation, humidity, salt mist and temperature swings — the plate stays legible for decades.
The same family of solutions as the American Metalphoto® — photosensitive anodised aluminium used by the military and aviation, e.g. for UID labels.

Due to non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and the specific nature of some of our clients' industries, we cannot publish their actual designs. However, many of our other completed works can be viewed on site at our workshop in Kalisz — you are welcome to visit.
